By accessing and using Makemouth, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using Makemouth, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Raffle Participation

• Must be 18+ to purchase raffle tickets
• No limit on number of tickets per person
• All ticket purchases are final - no refunds
• Raffle draws occur weekly as scheduled

Prize Distribution

• Winners selected through verifiable random process
• Prizes automatically credited to winner accounts
• Winners notified within 24 hours of draw
• Unclaimed prizes returned to next raffle pool

Prediction Creation

• Predictions must be based on verifiable future events
• No predictions involving illegal activities or harm to individuals
• Events must have a clear, objective outcome determination method
• Minimum stake amounts and maximum limits apply

Raffle Rules

• All raffle tickets purchased with real money are non-refundable
• Random number generation is transparent and auditable
• Prize pools announced before ticket sales begin
• Platform reserves right to cancel raffles with full refunds if needed

Fair Play

• Users must not manipulate outcomes or engage in insider trading
• No coordination between users to manipulate markets
• All information must be publicly available when making predictions
• Multiple accounts per user are prohibited

Stakes and Winnings

All stakes are final once a prediction is made and countered. Winners receive the full pool minus any necessary transaction fees. Makemouth does not take a house edge or commission from winning pools.

Raffle Prizes

Raffle prizes are funded by ticket sales. A portion of ticket revenue goes to the prize pool, with the remainder covering platform operations. Prize amounts are clearly displayed before ticket purchases. All raffle winnings are subject to applicable taxes.

Withdrawals and Deposits

Users are responsible for all transaction fees associated with deposits and withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. All financial transactions are processed securely through our verified payment partners.

We take your privacy seriously and comply with all applicable data protection laws. Your personal information is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

Transaction data and prediction histories may be used for platform analytics and improvement purposes, but always in an anonymized format that protects your identity.

Makemouth reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time with reasonable notice. We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

In the event of platform closure, we will provide at least 30 days notice and ensure all outstanding predictions are resolved and funds returned appropriately.
